Terms of use
Last updated 2 August 2026
Using eCourierTracker means accepting these terms. They are short because the service is simple: it looks up parcel tracking data and explains it.
What the service is
eCourierTracker retrieves tracking events from carriers and tracking-aggregation partners and presents them alongside editorial guidance. It is an information service. It does not carry, hold, sort, deliver, insure or take custody of anything.
Acceptable use
- Look up parcels you have a legitimate interest in. Do not enumerate tracking numbers you were not given.
- Do not scrape, mirror, or resell the tracking service or the carrier data. Lookups are rate limited per IP address, and that limit is enforced.
- Do not attempt to bypass the rate limit, overload the service, or probe it for vulnerabilities without permission.
- Do not use the contact form to send bulk or automated messages.
Access may be limited or blocked where use falls outside the above. For a commercial or high-volume tracking need, write to contact@ecouriertracker.com rather than working around the limit.
Accuracy of tracking data
Tracking events originate with carriers. They can be delayed, incomplete, or occasionally wrong at source, and aggregated feeds can lag a carrier’s own website. Every result links to the carrier’s own tracking page, which is the authoritative record for anything time-critical or contractual.
Transit times, wait windows and next-step guidance on this site are general ranges written to be useful, not commitments by any carrier. They do not form part of any contract between you and a carrier.
Availability
The service is provided free and without any uptime guarantee. Daily lookup capacity is finite; when it is exhausted the site says so and points you to the carrier’s own page rather than failing silently.
Intellectual property
The text, layout, guidance and code of this site belong to eCourierTracker. Carrier names, logos and trade marks belong to their respective owners and appear here solely to identify the carrier a page is about. Their presence does not imply any affiliation or endorsement.
Liability
The service is provided “as is”. To the extent permitted by law, eCourierTracker is not liable for loss arising from reliance on tracking information shown here, including missed collection deadlines, missed claim windows, or decisions taken on the basis of a status that later proved wrong. Confirm anything consequential with the carrier or the sender.
Changes
These terms may change at any time and without prior notice. The date at the top of this page records the current version, and continuing to use the service after a change means accepting the revised terms.
