No affiliation with any carrier

eCourierTracker is an independent service. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or acting as an agent for FedEx, DHL, UPS, USPS, Royal Mail, China Post, Aramex, TCS, Delhivery, or any other carrier named anywhere on this site.

Carrier names, logos and trade marks are the property of their respective owners. They are reproduced here only to identify which carrier a page concerns, which is what allows you to find the right one among nearly two thousand.

Tracking data is the carrier’s, not ours

Every scan event shown comes from the carrier, by way of tracking-aggregation partners. We do not create events, edit them, or estimate missing ones. Where a carrier publishes nothing, this site shows nothing.

Feeds can lag. A carrier’s own website occasionally has an event minutes before it reaches an aggregator, and during customs processing the gap can be longer. For anything with a deadline attached, treat the carrier’s own tracking page as authoritative — every result here links to it.

Timelines are ranges, not promises

Transit windows, first-scan expectations and “start chasing after” thresholds on this site are general figures for that class of carrier. They are written to help you judge whether a quiet tracking page is normal. They are not service level agreements, they are not offered on behalf of any carrier, and they do not override whatever the sender agreed with the carrier.

Guidance is not professional advice

Notes about claims, customs, duties and delivery disputes are general information. Rules differ by country, by carrier and by the service level purchased. For a specific dispute, the sender and the carrier are the parties who can act, and a customs broker or legal adviser is the right source for anything binding.

Carrier details may be out of date

Founding years, headquarters, phone numbers and tracking number formats are compiled from carrier-published sources. Carriers reorganise, merge and change contact details without notice. Where a fact is not verifiable for a given carrier, the page omits it rather than guessing — which is why some carrier pages carry less detail than others.
